  • Designed and rolled out Global Employee Survey to 2,500 worldwide staff, 75% of which are based at sea - achieved an unprecedented 95% response rate, which shocked absolutely everybody… even us!
  • Facilitated process to develop new Vision, Mission & Values for global logistics organisation in unprecedented growth phase
  • Designed process to embed existing Organisation Values for global leader in brain/body-scanners, and rolled out Values Workshops on a global platform
  • Managed the production of an end of year Audio/Video Presentation for staff, highlighting company successes across all Functions and Regions. Greatest accolade was a spontaneous standing ovation for the AV presentation; rumours of staff crying in the aisles are yet to be substantiated
  • Managed the design and content of an internal Employee Annual Report detailing company achievements resulting in positive unsolicited feedback from staff, and replication of the initiative the following year
  • Conceived and project managed five large company-wide Employee Events within budget and timescale, with 90% attendance and enthusiastic post-event feedback
